We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at TAPPTIC INC.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with users and work well under pressure.
Job Summary
This is a full-time permanent position that requires the individual to provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and guidance to users.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software.
- Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience.
- Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical support services are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software, including hardware and network configurations.
