We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Transtechworld Ltd. as a User Support Technician.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware or software, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and applications.
Responsibilities- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware or software.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
- Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Provide customer service.
- Dental plan.

The work environment is dynamic, with 40 hours per week. This position offers a permanent work term and is available in English.
Estimated Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
