Customer Service Liaison

You are a highly organized and efficient individual with a positive, flexible attitude. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a smooth and stress-free new home building experience.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your administrative skills to manage customer expectations and facilitate walkthrough and possession times. Your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to pivot between tasks will be valuable assets in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with customers at key contact points in the home building process.
- Liaise with sales and production staff to minimize errors and manage customer expectations.
- Coordinate completion of warranty work with customers, warranty technicians, trades, and suppliers.
- Identify and implement improvements to the customer experience, including communications, processes, and procedures.
- Direct all front-line contact with customers, trades, and suppliers in a positive and professional manner.
