Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at FEI INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train or arrange for training of transportation staff
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands and deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work site environment is noisy, and the work setting involves supervision and dispatching.
