About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Plan and execute repair work to meet customer expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and safety
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Instruct and train apprentices to develop their skills
  • Replace and repair front end, body, and underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using specialized equipment
  • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills
  • Repair or replace interior components to meet customer needs
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
Requirements
  • Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
