About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Plan and execute repair work, using a variety of tools and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Instruct and train apprentices in the art of body repair
  • Replace and repair front end, body, and underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to achieve a flawless finish
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using specialized equipment
  • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills
  • Repair or replace interior components, ensuring a like-new finish
  • Straighten bent frames using advanced equipment
Requirements
  • Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in body repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lifting, and bending
