Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Kenny's Nail Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  • Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, and provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment
  • Support newcomers and refugees, and develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
