Group Executive Producer

As a seasoned Group Executive Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end management of productions, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving productions forward, while maintaining a keen eye on budget and timeline.

Candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills, thrive in high-pressure environments, and foster a positive team dynamic. Your ability to motivate and guide your team will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight of production management and traffic
  • Define production scope and participate in kick-off meetings and vendor briefs
  • Recommend and hire contract crew/vendors, ensuring optimal talent and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with account teams and clients to ensure vision and timing alignment
  • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency
  • Facilitate and oversee triple bid procedures, adhering to client procurement policies
  • Work closely with project producers to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Direct and supervise contracted production services, logistics, and vendor relationships
  • Manage talent licensing, production documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Oversee production-specific terms and conditions, including rights-managed assets and contractual agreements
  • Ensure adherence to production best practices and compliance processes
  • Develop and mentor Executive Producers, promoting continuous learning and growth

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of producer experience at a major agency and/or digital agency
  • Previous Production Management and/or a combination of Project and Client Management experience
  • Knowledge of North American vendor network and a well-defined 3rd party rolodex
  • Understanding of creative workflow and interactive production
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Solution-oriented and effective communication skills
