Group Executive Producer

As a seasoned Group Executive Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end management of productions, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving day-to-day operations, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering exceptional results.

Candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills, thrive in high-pressure situations, and inspire their teams to excel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic oversight of production management and traffic
  • Defining production scope and participating in kick-off meetings and vendor briefs
  • Recommending talent, negotiating contracts, and hiring vendors
  • Collaborating with account teams and clients to ensure vision and timing alignment
  • Generating total gross production bids and overseeing fiscal management
  • Facilitating triple bid procedures and collaborating with project producers to meet timelines and budget expectations
  • Directing and supervising contracted production services and logistics, developing vendor relationships, and providing accurate specifications for cost-effective estimates
  • Managing talent licensing, standard production documentation, and ensuring contractual agreements are in place
  • Ensuring production compliance and best-practice processes are adhered to
  • Developing Executive Producers through continued learning and mentorship

Requirements include:

  • At least 10 years of producer experience at a major agency and/or digital agency
  • Previous Production Management and/or a combination of Project and Client Management experience
  • Knowledge of North American vendor networks and a well-defined 3rd party rolodex
  • Understanding of creative stages, creative workflow, and interactive production
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Solution-oriented and effective communication skills
