About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Financial Reporting team as a Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse group of personnel and play a key role in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements for alternative investments products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Senior Managers and staff involved in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Lead and participate in various projects and initiatives to improve financial reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients and support teams to deliver high-quality financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, allocate resources, and handle personnel-related issues.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in alternative funds fund administration, financial reporting, or accounting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing complex relationships.
  • Expertise in procedure reviews, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
