Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistent and engaging content across multiple channels.
- Research and brainstorm ideas to elevate Cakeworthy's digital marketing strategies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Work with the marketing team to monitor and maintain influencer marketing programs and ensure effective brand representation.
- Assist in the creation of content for social media, ads, blogs, and the website, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
- Develop and implement social media posting and engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the marketing team's efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, email marketing, and web analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, targeting, and measurement.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
