Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Description

  • Serve as a representative for the organization
  • Provide guidance to clients on marketing and promotional strategies
  • Create various communication materials including brochures, reports, and newsletters
  • Organize special events and marketing promotions
  • Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts
  • Deliver educational and informational programs
  • Draft and prepare contractsTeam Management
  • Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 membersTechnical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Publisher and MS WordAreas of Expertise
  • Audio/visual media, Interactive media, Project managementSecurity Clearance
  • Basic security clearance requiredWork Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, with occasional overtimePersonal Attributes
  • Strong client focus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, initiative, sound judgment, organizational skills, and teamworkExperience Required
  • 2 to 3 years in a similar roleCommunity Engagement
  • Participate in initiatives that support diverse groups including newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, indigenous peoples, mature workers, and visible minorities
