Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing the company's brand and values.
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other communications.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform business decisions.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the media to promote the company's brand.
  • Develop and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts for sports, literary, performance, or other events.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 40 to 44 hours per week.
  • Willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Publisher and MS Word skills.
  • Experience in project management, audio/audio-visual, interactive/new media, and basic security clearance.
