As a CBRE Private Infrastructure Investment Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop industry connections, and hone your skills in investment finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with a dedicated mentor to gain hands-on experience in the field of private infrastructure investment finance.
- Conduct research projects, attend team meetings, and assist in creating presentations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the department.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on special projects and requests.
- Attend company events, workshops, and seminars.
- High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
- Simple math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. As a CBRE intern, you will also be eligible for benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
