Senior Contract Administrator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing architectural contracts throughout their lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee construction administration tasks for projects, handling both office duties and field duties.
* Organize and manage contract administration, ensuring smooth project execution.
* Implement project plans as directed by or in collaboration with the project team.
* Supervise project work and ensure it aligns with established goals and standards.
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment, focusing primarily on construction administration, but also participating in design aspects as needed.

**Requirements:**

* 10+ years of relevant experience required.
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
* Experience with mixed-use and healthcare projects.
* Knowledge of local and provincial building codes.
* Ability to work in both official languages is a strong asset.
