Role Overview

Our client is seeking a meticulous, experienced, and proactive Architectural Contract Administrator to manage and oversee architectural contracts throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of contract administration, from initial preparation and negotiation to final execution and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction administration tasks for projects, handling both office duties and field duties.
  • Organize and manage contract administration, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Implement project plans as directed by or in collaboration with the project team.
  • Supervise project work and ensure it aligns with established goals and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, focusing on construction administration and participating in design aspects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience with mixed-use and healthcare projects.
  • Knowledge of local and provincial building codes.
  • Ability to work in both official languages is a strong asset.
