Business Operations Coordinator

At Five Rivers Financial Solutions Inc., we are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an administrative support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and 35-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in typing and proofreading correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among staff members.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients and colleagues.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to business operations.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to store and retrieve important documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (not required but preferred).
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
