H & G ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION SERVICES is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and perform various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Record and balance daily transactions

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
