Job Title: Financial Record Keeper

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Record Keeper to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Financial Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
