Design Associate Job Details & Perks:

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join our team as a Design Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet with clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects
* Follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software
* Act as the single point of contact for all flooring service requests
* Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with the Office Manager
* Communicate customer needs and expectations to the Install Manager to ensure smooth job execution
* Maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business

Requirements:

* No experience required
* Paid training provided
* Full-time position
* Annual company convention in Cabo, Mexico
* Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by the company)

Pay:

Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average Design Associate. Above-average Design Associates earn $80,000 to $100,000+.
