Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients in their homes to discuss their flooring needs and provide expert advice on our products
  • Follow our sales system using our tablet, laptop, and software to ensure seamless customer service
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of their flooring project
  • Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with our office manager
  • Communicate client needs and expectations to our install manager to ensure smooth job execution
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
  • Participate in ongoing training and educational requirements to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
