About the Role: As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service experiences to clients, identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, and digital enablement, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and relationship deepening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients in the branch to deliver an exceptional service experience
  • Identify opportunities for advice, solutions, and digital enablement to drive business growth
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first
  • Drive and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
