About the Role

Backcountry Brewing is seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, staff training, and menu planning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Training and developing kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating new cooking techniques, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
