Executive Chef

Chef Big D's Deli and Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Food Preparation: Supervise and participate in the preparation of all menu items, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
