We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist - ADP Authorizer to join our team at Lifemark Seniors Wellness. As a leading provider of therapy solutions for seniors, we offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to make a real impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
  • Identify appropriate equipment needs and initiate recommendations.
  • Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications for funding.
  • Provide informal education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs, and adaptive aides.
  • Record assessment and treatment interventions in the client's chart as per guidelines established by the College of Occupational Therapists.

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
  • ADP Authorization is a must-have.
  • Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
