We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist - ADP Authorizer Specialist to enhance the lives of our patients through expert care.

About the Role:

  • Provide clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
  • Identify and recommend suitable equipment to support client independence.
  • Collaborate with local vendors on equipment trials and complete applications for funding.
  • Offer education on seating and positioning, independence with daily activities, and adaptive aid use.
  • Monitor and record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
  • ADP Authorization is mandatory.
  • Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
