Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at ANY Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the minimum requirements for the role.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
