Strategic HR Business Partner for Technology and Operations

As a Senior HR Business Partner for Technology, Product, and Operations, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions and identify trends
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
