Job Summary
Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.

Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Personal Support Work or a related field.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Knowledge of care planning systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
