Description

Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de Programme Senior expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique spécialisée dans les caméras thermiques. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en recherche et développement (R&D) ainsi qu'en gestion de projet. Vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la coordination de projets complexes, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en veillant à ce que les objectifs soient atteints dans les délais et les budgets impartis.

Responsabilités :

  • Diriger et gérer des projets de développement de caméras thermiques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de R&D pour définir les spécifications techniques et les exigences du projet.
  • Élaborer et suivre les plans de projet, y compris les calendriers, les budgets et les ressources.
  • Assurer la communication et la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes, internes et externes.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et s'assurer que les solutions proposées répondent à leurs attentes.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs critiques pour garantir la qualité et la disponibilité des composants nécessaires.
  • Superviser la gestion de la configuration et les modifications d'ingénierie pour garantir l'intégrité et la conformité du projet.
  • Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux projets, en proposant des solutions pour les atténuer.
  • Suivre les performances des projets et préparer des rapports réguliers pour la direction.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme en ingénierie, en sciences ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, de préférence dans le domaine des caméras thermiques ou des technologies similaires.
  • Solide expérience en R&D, avec une compréhension approfondie des processus de développement de produits.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à communiquer clairement avec des parties prenantes variées.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (par exemple, MS Project, Jira).
  • Expérience dans la gestion des relations clients et fournisseurs.
  • Connaissance des systèmes ERP (par exemple, SAP).
