Job Title: Senior IT Program Manager

At Kruger Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Program Manager to lead our IT strategic roadmap initiatives. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT strategic roadmaps, including ERP systems, managed services, infrastructure, and applications integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down the entire program into different domains and proactively identify potential risks and issues that might impact the delivery of program milestones.
  • Support all aspects associated with the overall planning, development, and delivery of the latest IT strategic project, including project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
  • Ensure that projects remain within scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
  • Provide project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University education in business administration, information systems, or engineering.
  • Project management certification (PMP certification) or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience, including leading business-facing teams at a senior level, with at least five years in program/project management, and/or change management roles.

Language: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
