Electrical Department ManagerThe Electrical Department Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and the safety of our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Manage the electrical department team, including scheduling, time sheets, and assignments.
- Project Management
- Assign projects to teams according to priorities and ensure timely completion.
- Safety and Training
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and train employees on electrical systems and procedures.
- Contract Management
- Prepare scope of work and terms of reference documents, and manage contracts for electrical projects.
- Technical Expertise
- Interpret plans, specifications, and technical manuals, and install and maintain electrical systems.
Requirements
- Electrical Experience
- 5 years of experience in electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Management Experience
- 2 years of experience in management, including team leadership and project management.
