Job Description

Electrical Department Manager

The Electrical Department Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the electrical department's operations. This includes managing team schedules, time sheets, and assignments, as well as ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage department teams, including scheduling, time sheets, and assignments
  • Assign projects to teams based on priorities and deadlines
  • Ensure all work is done safely and in compliance with regulations
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare scope of work and terms of reference documents for electrical projects
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including three-phase transformers and electric heating and lighting systems
  • Verify the operation of electronic circuits and relay logic
  • Complete maintenance reports and other related duties
Requirements
  • Electrical experience: 5 years (required)
  • Management experience: 2 years (required)
  • Electrical wiring experience: 1 year (required)
