Electrical Department Supervisor

Illumi is seeking a skilled Electrical Department Manager to lead our electrical team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical department, including team management, project assignments, and ensuring the work is done safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the electrical department team, including schedules, time sheets, and assignments.
- Assign projects to teams based on priorities and ensure timely completion.
- Train and develop employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
- Prepare scope of work and terms of reference documents, and manage contracts for electrical projects.
- Interpret plans, specifications, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including three-phase transformers, electronic circuits, and electric heating and lighting systems.
- Complete maintenance reports and perform other related duties.
Requirements:
- 5 years of electrical experience (required)
- 2 years of management experience (required)
- 1 year of electrical wiring experience (required)
