About the Role

This Senior Quality Supervisor position is a critical leadership role within our organization. As part of our QA team, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest levels of product quality and safety for our customers.

Job Description
  • Supervise Quality Assurance Team: Oversee the daily activities of our QA team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer standards.
  • Lead Change and Innovation: Drive process improvements, challenge the status quo, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality initiatives that meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science Field: A degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field is required.
  • 5+ Years QA Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with regulatory inspectors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to Travel: Must be able to travel to the USA as required.
