Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at BIN YAN. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer medications (if trained to do so)
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
