Food Service Manager

At WILD WING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment or equivalent experience.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure to ensure that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
