Food Service Manager

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
