About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Shades4U INC. as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility
  • Operational Excellence
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure seamless execution
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth
  • Human Resources Management
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff to lead key functions
    • Delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Technology and Innovation
    • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to drive business efficiency and growth
    • Ensure the effective use of tools such as Jira, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest information technology trends and best practices
  • Work Environment and Culture
    • Lead by example and promote a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    • Encourage a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
    • Ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
