We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Shades4U INC. in a strategic leadership and execution role.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
The Operations Vice-President will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Jira, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Information technology.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Work Terms: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
