Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Security and Safety
    • Basic security clearance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hours per week schedule. The language of work is English.
