About the Role:
Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Film Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team of employees, providing an exceptional experience to each guest.
Job Description:
As a Film Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the guest experience, ensuring every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and excited about their next visit. You will also assist with leading and managing your theatre's operations, including budget management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the guest experience to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist with budget management and revenue growth.
- Forecast and initiate action/projects to drive business forward.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs.
- Conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
What We Offer:
Cineplex offers a competitive salary of $$$70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we offer tuition assistance, employee assistance programs, flexible hours, and discounted food and beverages on shift.
