Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Wild Rose.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages effectively to the field.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Lead sales teams in building strong relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
