Job Title: Administrative Support Professional at Canadian Canning Inc.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Canadian Canning Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and sending invoices
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail

Work Environment:

The Administrative Support Professional will work in a private sector, urban area, and be willing to relocate. Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Computer and Technology Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and technology skills, including electronic scheduling, presentation software, electronic mail, MS Word, and MS Windows.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities.
