BATTAGLIA ARCHITECT INC. is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team. As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, analyzing technical documents and reports, and tendering contracts. You will also supervise architectural technical staff, write specifications, and monitor and inspect work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, with experience in design development, computer-aided design (CAD), and project management. You will be responsible for estimating costs and materials, constructing architectural and display models, and preparing presentation graphics and drawings.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1-2 people and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction, renovation, and residential construction. You will need to have a criminal record check and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and manual dexterity.
