Overview
As a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic journey that combines real-world experience with cutting-edge skills development. This paid internship is designed to equip you with the expertise needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
You'll be immersed in a team-based setting, working alongside peers to tackle challenges and develop essential skills in management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Building relationships with customers and coworkers
- Engaging in friendly competition with peers through intern projects
Qualifications
To be eligible for this internship, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a current university student with an expected graduation date by January 2026
- Have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the past 3 years
- Not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years
- Be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship by our company for this position
Compensation
You'll receive an hourly compensation of CAD $18.50.
