**Job Summary**

The Joneses is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Server Support Associate to join our team. As a Server Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests' inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist servers in serving food and beverages, ensuring that dishes are delivered to the correct guests and maintaining a high level of presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinate with servers and hosts to optimize seating capacity and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor the dining area and promptly clear and clean tables as needed.
  • Pre-portion condiments and stock fridges with necessary items, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Conduct quality checks on food and beverages to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Handle garbage disposal, replace linen bags, and manage recycling tasks, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Communicate guest feedback to servers, enabling them to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Perform any other assigned duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Thorough product knowledge, with the ability to answer questions and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of professional urgency and momentum, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Full availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
