Retail Store Supervisor

Mister Convenience is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing merchandise, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales floor is open and operating efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure the sales floor is running smoothly.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
