Retail Store Supervisor

Mister Convenience is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that the store is running smoothly.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
