Pinecrest Motel is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotel. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures, performing same duties as workers supervised, preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work; hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery; requisition materials and supplies.
  • Clients/Guests: Assist clients/guests with special needs.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication skills, both written and oral, flexibility, initiative, and judgement.
